This protection exclusively covers the internal electronic operation and the original assembly components of the headset. The warranty expressly and without exception excludes the following situations:
- Signal malfunctions or alterations caused by incompatibility with third-party playback software applications on the user's computer or phone.
- Breaks, failures, or short circuits caused by the accidental introduction of liquids or beverages, or by prolonged exposure of the headset to excessive moisture.
- Mechanical physical damage resulting from an accidental fall, impact, shock, excessive twisting of the headband, or crushing of the earcups by the customer.
- Any sign of gross negligence, misuse, or a blatant lack of general equipment maintenance.
- Hardware modifications, cable cuts, or parts changes performed by the user or a third party without the written consent of our technician.
